Overview

This position is responsible for servicing customer(s) on OTC Business processes, to ensure “Best in Class Service” and to execute the responsibilities with excellence. Primary objectives of the position include order, forecast and inventory management, optimizing low inventory levels at the customers Distribution Centers while limiting out of stock, maximize fill rate, service analysis, facilitating Cross Functional Meetings and Key Performance Reporting.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Management for for a specified group of accounts
• Manage daily order processing activities for a specific account or group of accounts
• Facilitate and drive Customer and Cross Function Team Meetings
• Maintain SAP files such as, master files, pricing, sales deals, customer resource table, material determination
•Monitor display orders to ensure timely shipment, and arrival at the customers DC

 

Replenishment Management
• Manage key accounts on inventory and forecasting management
• Ensure proper inventory levels at the customers DC's, which includes suggesting strategies, and or changing to the customers forecast in order to impact ordering
• Monitor promotional periods and complete analysis of promotions as needed
• Stock management - ensure correct versions, bonus and base items are shipping to the appropriate customer and at the correct timing
•Drive CPFR calls with the customer

 

Order, shipment Analysis and Reporting
• Perform regular analysis of customer’s service and complete monthly Key Performance Reporting (KPI’s)
• Drive Service Level investigation and improvements by working collaboratively with the Distribution Centers, Carriers, Customers, and Kao Cross Functional Teams
• Understand supply chain requirements for customers and develop solutions to service issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required. Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business.
  • 1 year Customer Service experience.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, 1 year.
  • SAP experience, 1 year.
  • 1-2 years Logistic experience, preferred.
  • Strong Ability to Multi-task.
  • Good listening skills, a sense of urgency, a high tolerance for stress and good organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and self-confidence to perform effectively.
  • General Accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, 1 year.
  • Must have thorough understanding of forecasting, distribution, inventory control, promotional effect on demand and logistical procedures. (This skill is required if handling the CRP/VMI function only.)
  • Physical Demands – Sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting boxes NTE 50 lbs. - Work Environment – Office
