This District Educator will work within a specified territory for the Salon division, supporting growth of our brands, Goldwell, KMS and Varis through planning and executing programs for hairstylists.   • Manage in-salon education including product demonstrations with expert knowledge on all Goldwell, KMS and Varis products
  • Plan and promote advanced education with best practices
  • Educate and partner with the sales team in the territory to support sales growth and on new product initiatives
  • Develop education plans and strategies for premiere customers in specified region
  • Take initiative in decision making regarding education programs in respective territory
  • Identify and communicate potential salon partner opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Assist in recruitment and training of all new technicians/freelance educators for the territory
  • Maintain excellent working relationship with distributor partners
  • Identify new service trends in the market and conduct competitive reviews
  • Be a  social media influencer through authenticity


  • Capacity to deliver superior technical training to diverse audiences
  • Self-starter with ability to influence and motivate others
  • A minimum of 5 years of hairstyling experience with exposure to full range of service, e.g. hair coloring, cutting and styling
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating good grammar
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven success in partnering with others in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including an entrepreneurial approach
  • Intermediate computer skills using MS Office (Windows environment)
  • Active Cosmetology license (must have had for a minimum of 5 years)
  • Must reside within assigned region
