Overview

The Manager, Business Partner - HCD will be responsible for leadership and delivery of HCD (Human Capital Development) services for multiple functions within the organization. In partnership with the Centers of Excellence, the position is responsible for leading HR initiatives across business units.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partner responsibility for multiple countries.
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal customers.
  • Leads and manages the people management related agenda in line with EMEA HCD Vision and Strategic Aim.
  • HCD Programs and Policies - drive and deliver HR programs and policies in respective areas.
  • Learning & Development - partner with COE driving and delivering programs and policies.
  • Talent Management - partner with COE driving and delivering programs and policies with HCD team.
  • Total Rewards - partner with COE driving and delivering programs and policies.
  • Organisation Design - partner with leadership in ongoing analysis of the organisational structure.
  • Proactively assessing organisational structure and workforce analysis and providing recommendations to the business.
  • Responsible for knowing and consulting upon all areas of Human Resources, including hiring/termination, corrective action, complaints, and policy interpretation.
  • Work with all levels of management to provide human resources expertise in all aspects of the human resources function across respective areas.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration / Human Resources 
  • Experience of 7+ years in Human Resources 
  • Experience servicing multiple countries preferred
  • Consumer goods industry experience preferred
  • Broad understanding and application of HR generalist activities (employee relations, recruiting, employee development & training, compensation, benefits, policies and procedures interpretation/application, HRIS understanding)
  • Understanding of standard business policies/practices and compliance with legal requirements. Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Ability to manage groups remotely
