    We are currently recruiting for a National Accounts Executive for our Wholesale team. This role is responsible for supporting and assisting the National Accounts Team in the management of the Molton Brown business across all UK and Ireland accounts. The successful candidate will help drive the business in stores whilst also liaising with retailers to deliver financial results, maintain a strong brand position within the market and continue the brand's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales a history of achieving targets.

    Responsibilities

    Support National Account Manager by managing the on-going day to day operations of multiple accounts, including;

    - Sales tracking & ROI analysis

    - Administrative support across all accounts

    - Forecasting & stock management

    - Liaising with customers and support them directly when required

     

    Retail Team support:

    - Build a solid relationship with area managers and sales consultants

    - Administrative support to the retail teams such as sales tracking, staffing, stock management

    - Work closely with the retail operations teams

     

    Work closely with the marketing team to:

    - Support the execution of brand strategies & new product launches

    - Maximise range and planograms by location through regular range reviews and sales analysis

     

    Promotions:

    - Support NAMs to build and execute a strong annual promotional plan by retailer

    - Administrative support for promotional nominations and set up

    - Minimum display quantity set up and stock management throughout

    - Post activity analysis and reporting

     

    UK Domestic Market Expansion;

    - Seek out and explore new retail opportunities in the UK and Ireland market

     

    General Support

    - Manage samples for the whole team

    - Organise and coordinate team meetings when required

    - Attend customer meetings when relevant

     

     

    Qualifications

    BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent

    Experience in a similar role supporting a team.

    Understanding/interest in luxury beauty

    Experience within the retail environment is desirable
