  • Overview

    This position tracks and executes promotional project activities as determined among Marketing (Trade Marketing), Sales, and Supply Chain. Primary objectives of the position include managing the time-lines for project activities, executing pack outs with third party vendors, supporting on time and in full promotional stock availability, and ensuring cohesive and collaborative partnerships across functions.


    • Track promotional projects, developing time-lines and monitoring key milestones. Ensure data accuracy, and maintain all information within the PTW (Promotional Tracking Worksheets). 
    • Facilitate the Promotional tracking meetings to drive collaboration among cross functional partners. Ensure timely issuance of agendas/notes, and hold members accountable for their deliverables within the time-lines.
    • Place purchase orders to support production plans with consideration to minimum order requirements, lead times, and cost optimization.
    • Pro-actively identify potential stock issues and communicate to cross functional groups to support effective prioritizing and decision making in production scheduling or customer order fulfillment.
    • Work with DMG (Data Management Group) to ensure accurate material master set up for promotional pack outs.
    • Participate in projects and cross functional teams as needed pending business needs.


    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain Management concentrations.
      • APICS (American Production & Inventory Control Society) or other Certification preferred.
    • Effectively uses Excel/SAP and other relevant systems; can make connection between day to day planning activities and impact to KPTs (Key performance targets) or business initiatives.
    • Knowledge and understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and Purchasing concepts and processes.
    • Effectively sets priorities to meet expectations of internal and external cross functional parties.
    • Communicates clearly, with credibility and confidence. Commitment to demonstrate a service oriented approach to internal and external stakeholders build on trust.
    • Ability to recognize and action exceptions to prevent stock outs or inventory issues, and to pro-actively communicate risks to appropriate members.
    • Suggest minor improvements to existing processes.
    • Execute sound decision making; can explain options considered, and rationale for path chosen.
    • International travel (5%)
