    Full-time position. 

     

    Assist Management team in encouraging and motivating team to achieve sales target, store sales & KPI. Good working knowledge of store reports and retail message board as well as knowledge of system and procedure to achieve good stock and consistency in stock levels. Assist Management team to ensure process and systems in store are implemented and regularly reviewed ensuring store ops runs smoothly and issues resolved in a timely manner. Assist in managing the performance on the team. Support store manager with the planning and organizing of floor moves and implementation of promotions to maximize commercial opportunities and to company standard. This position will assist the management team in the day to day business needs.

     

    Brand new location & store which will give you the opportunity to build a team and successfully launch a new location for Molton Brown Retail. Located in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Motivate store team through communication and coaching to deliver store KPI’s
    • Support and deliver in store training to develop the team and meet the needs of the business
    • Assist store manager with planning and organizing of daily activity rota to achieve objective
    • First class customer service and ability to manage a client book
    • Assist in managing the performance on the team
    • Achieve and maintain excellent retail and VM standards in all areas of the sales floor, stock maintenance and handling and room
    • Support management team with the planning and organizing of floor moves and implementation of promotions to maximize commercial opportunities and to company standard
    • Ensure consistent delivery of housekeeping and presentation standards throughout the store
    • Responsible for achieving a sales target & KPI objectives
      • Must be able to meet monthly sales goals
    • Able to coach and motivate the team while demonstrating leadership skills
    • Leads by example, being proactive and reactive to business needs

    Qualifications

    • Must have High School Diploma or GED, some College.
    • Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft suite, iPhone, etc. 
    • Full time position, must have open availability.
    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably beauty experience, exceeding sales goals.
    • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience. 
    • Some management or leadership experience preferred.
    • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus.
