  • Overview

    This role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of  Change Management for Kao Strategic initiatives to achieve business outcomes and benefits.  The position will be responsible for Change Management and  Business Process transformation efforts to create sustainable change and continuous improvement.   


    Focus includes: (but not limited to) digital transformation, new technologies, business process automation, and technology implementations.


    • Lead the planning and delivery of Change Management in realization of business outcomes and benefits;
    • Manage (if required) any large change initiatives in partnership with project manager.  Ensure project change resources are appropriately assigned to the projects within the portfolio;
    • The scope of Change will include but is not limited to;
      • Digital transformation and New Technologies
      • Technology implementations and upgrades
      • Business process transformation
      • Acquisition/Integration
    • Ensure the Change team hold the appropriate skills to be able to deliver the portfolio and provide suitable training and development opportunities where required.
    • Apply Kao change methodology for change management activities including Leadership Alignment, Communications, Training, Adoption and facilitation
    • Apply Kao business process approach to change initiatives as applicable, including:  Continuous Improvement, Best Practices & Benchmarking, Root Cause Analysis, Optimization & Automation, RACI Identification, Business Process Mapping
    • Lead projects as required, managing timeline, scope, budget, deliverables, and delivery of project benefits.


    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Ability to drive work in all of the respective areas Change Management, Business Process Management, Project Mgmt.
    • Ability to understand business processes and provide insight to best practices
    • Experience with digital and consumer facing projects
    • Knowledge and experience with methodologies and approaches such as: Project (Agile, Sprint, Prince2), Business Process (Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking) and Change (Prosci, Kotter)
