    The Key Brand Executive is responsible for managing all day-to-day Oribe business within a specific territory, as well as identify areas of opportunity to increase sales of all Kao brands in Market Leader salons in their markets. The candidate would maximize sales potential within the existing Oribe accounts through strategic thought process and measured through salon business planning.


    Additionally, the Key Brand Executive would seek new business in non-KAO Salons with KAO District Sales Manager to sell in Oribe, Goldwell, KMS and Varis.


    This role will cover a territory of New Hampshire, Massachusetts (outside of Boston) and Vermont.


    • Execute strategic Business plans for each salon in territory of focus accounts, to reach targeted sales goal. The tactics to achieve execution are the following:  Monthly dialogue with salon, implementing consumer events, merchandising and consistent one on one meetings with clients.
    • Deliver highest quality in-salon presentations to educate new and existing customers on Oribe Hair Care.
    • Cultivate business relationships with key stakeholders in the salon to ensure they understand the culture of KAO Brands with a strong emphasis on Oribe Hair Care.
    • Deliver highest quality in-salon presentations to non-Users on “Why” KAO Salon Division.
    • Target Non-Users with a strong retail culture to displace competitors and sell in Oribe Hair Care, Goldwell, KMS and Varis.
    • Sell in new products to existing salons
    • Work with District Sales Managers to identify key opportunities for new door acquisition.
    • Collaborate with District Sales Managers to create a Comprehensive Strategy that supports Oribe Hair Care and Goldwell/KMS brands.
    • Actively participates in salon events.
    • Is present and actively participates at all Kao events as required.
    • Prepares periodic reports showing sales efforts and results VS Kao Target list.


    • 5+ years' sales experience with proven results in consumer goods or professional beauty products
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Demonstrates strong analytics in finance, budgets and revenue projections
    • Computer skills; specifically to Microsoft Office
    • Public Speaking to large audiences
