    Kao Collin Inc. (KCOL) a wholly owned subsidiary of Kao Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. Kao Corporation is a global company that develops, manufactures and markets personal hygiene, laundry, food, cosmetic, and specialty chemical products. KCOL, part of a newly created Kao Advanced Printing Solutions, produces Water, UV, Led, Electron Bean and Water Based Inkjet Inks.  All products are designed for Industrial and Commercial Printing.

    The facility is located in Cincinnati, OH. Kao Collins Inc. conducts its daily operations in accordance with The Kao Way and principles of the Kao's Business Conduct Guidelines.     KCOL currently has multiple job openings for an Inkjet Ink Chemist positions engaging in Aqueous, Solvent-Based and Energy-Curing chemistries, in our facility. This is a dynamic position consisting of challenging assignments developing Inkjet Ink for packaging, mailing, security, and other unique applications.

    Candidates for this position should have a minimum B.S. in chemistry or equivalent science–related degree. Successful candidates must have experience in a laboratory environment and equipment including GC-MS. FTIR, HPLC, Viscometer, Surface Tensiometer, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter and Microscope. One to three years ink or coatings experience is preferred. This candidate will possess a high analytical aptitude. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Good written and oral communications skills are a must.  Other attributes include personable, strong work ethic, team player, creative, organized, attention to detail, honest and reliable.
